Hello, sorry for the radio silence, we've been a little busy lately. Just wanted to reach out to make you are aware of something very interesting. I decided to take small break and go home to check on a few items and upon entering my home I notice a call coming in from Apple on the home line with an 845 Area code (where Apple has a store. Thinking this was bogus anyway I decide to answer in order to get a good laugh. Apple never calls anyone unless you happen to be in touch with a senior advisor and are told to expect a call. On the other end was a Robo call pretending to be Apple and stating that we had issues with our Apple ID. Moral of the story: Apple, Microsoft and the IRS etc. will NEVER call you out of the blue so just hang up or continue listening to get a good laugh, but just hang up!! Peace and Love, DoctorMac

Today Apple began allowing users in the U.S. to download a copy of all of the data that they have stored with the company from a single online portal. In case you have not heard, Apple has a battery recall program for their MacBook Pro 15" models between September 2015 and February 2017 and product eligibility is determined by the product serial number.
