Hello Dog Rockers! We hope that everyone is remaining positive during this unfortunate time of crisis. We wanted to share with our Dog Rock family the additional precautions our team is taking during this period. We will get through this guys! As COVID-19 evolves our staff is adding to our already rigorous cleaning schedule:... Dog Rock has always been equipped with a state-of-the-art UV-sanitizing air filtration system called PetAirapy. PetAirapy systems easily surpass the capabilities of ordinary air cleaning systems. By continually and quietly circulating the air at Dog Rock through PetAirapy, viruses, bacteria, mold, and other germs are killed or neutralized before they have a chance to cause or spread illness or infection. In fact, strict EPA-approved independent laboratory testing shows that PetAirapy systems can eliminate over 99.9% of illness-causing viruses and bacteria right at the source. We deep-clean our ENTIRE resort daily with KennelSol, an industry leading germicidal spray which is pet and human friendly. We have now added additional deep-cleaning to our high-traffic areas such as our lobby and our entrance vestibule/doors. We vacuum our resort daily with our CleanWise sytem which is designed to gather and REMOVE waste from our resort. We DO NOT push waste around with mops and buckets. We have also added an extra cleaning of our indoor play yards to our regular cleaning schedule daily. We are deep-cleaning our leashes daily. We have also added two hand-sanitizing stations in our lobby that we ask all of our guests to use as they enter and exit our resort. Thank you all for taking the time to read this email.
