This year in particular has definitely been a challenging one ,that being said I want to thank you all for trusting in us to provide the safest space for you to enjoy in the pleasure of getting your nails done each day I look forward too every hand I hold . Honestly there has Never been a day I’m not excited about NAILS So I would like to thank each and everyone of you for joining me on this beautiful ride as we have laughed together ,cried and simply hugged when needed today i celebrate all of you who have made my year... Opening day Guild lines

To all our AMAZING clients and friends, As we get closer to an opening date, we understand that you are all eager to be rescheduled. We have had to cancel many appointments over the past 11 weeks. We will personally call each client whose appointments were cancelled. To be fair to all, calls will be in order of original appointments but starting with regularly scheduled standing appoinments. At this time we will keep booking once we have a DATE , we appreciate your patience... as we navigate through this new challenge. * Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon. * Please text or call when you arrive, and we will let you know when to come into the salon. * Upon entering salon please wash your hands before sitting in your technicians chair. * No food or drinks will be allowed in the salon. No cell phones * No more than 8 people will be allowed in the salon at any one time. * Each area, all tools, stations and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client. * Masks will be mandatory. Do not remove your mask during your visit. * It is not mandatory to wear gloves as long as you are following hand sanitizing procedures. * All staff have updated certification on Sanitation protocols via Barbacide and OSHA & covid-19 certified . * Temporarily suspending all complimentary services; NO magazines, NO beverages, all non essential items have been removed. * Nail services, we will require clients to purchase kits to bring with them to each appointment. These kits we be available to purchase from us for $6 at your appointment. We will not be using any tools that can not be disinfected from one client to the next. * Confirm your appointment- Please understand we have many clients waiting to get in to see us. * Cancellation/no-show policy- We will not be penalizing for any last-minute cancellations due to being sick. However, please provide us with information as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedules accordingly. We are trying our best to get every client back in as soon as possible. * We will be accepting cash, check, credit card, Zelle and Venmo, Apple Pay.If paying cash please have the exact amount as we will not be making change at this time. * We have acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary. Such a plexiglass barriers * We ask that if you or another family member has been in contact with someone who is sick, if you have a fever. cough or any symptoms of covid-19 refrain from coming into the salon. * clients will be screened at front door and fill a form to enter . * These protocols will continue to be refined and adjusted as needed and will keep you informed every step of the way .
