Good Morning beautiful people. These are some life tips I wanted to share with you. I love all the tips but this is my favorite. Be mindful of what you put in your body everyday. Fast food is manufactured in plants and heated up and served to you. We cook fresh foods everyday. We are comfortable with giving our families, and children the same food we serve to the public. Can fast food CEO's say the same? Great Price and quality is "How its supposed to be."

Everyday we wake up it is a blessing. We may not have it all, but it's the simple things in life that matters most. Instead of worrying about what we don't have let's be greatful for what we do have because there is always someone who would love to be you. Happy Tuesday everybody!!

On this day December 6th, 1865 the 13th Amendment which abolished slavery was ratified. As a black owned business we appreciate the significance of this day. Caribbean Islands (most notably Haiti) sparked Revolutions, slave uprising, and even fought for slave independence in the United States Civil War. We have made great strides since that time. At the same time we as a people have a lot more work to do. Never forget where you come from but always remember where you are going. Take advantage of every opportunity and make the best of it everyday. Have a blessed Sunday!
