This is the balance of the work in the shop right now. 1969 Camaro for some oil leak issues, 55 Chevy, getting a new Lokar shifter, 58" Convertible, new tires and service work and a 1956 Chevy, getting an engine swap. Stay tuned and stay safe out there.

Dennis has a 1967 Chevelle, last time out, smoke poured out of the dash, this is never a good thing, thank god it didn't burn. Anyway upon inspection, the harness melted from the battery all the way to the headlight switch. We have it all torn down, new harnesses on order. The car was an original AC car with half the parts missing. While we're this close we're putting a new Vintage Air system in also. We'll post more as we go along.

It's been awhile since we did an update on what's happening in the shop. We're open for business and moving along pretty steadily. This is the first of a few posts. This is Bob's 55 Nomad. Came to us on a flatbed. It has an older Art Morrison chassis and an "old skool" Hemi motor. This is really different for us. Anyway, it's been started by someone else, been sitting since 2015 and as usual we're cleaning up the mess. So far we have all the stainless polished and glass put i...n. We're doing the radiator support over to clear the blower pulley, mounting the battery in the back, cut a temporary hole in the hood. because it's been sitting we rebuilt the Wilwood calipers, replaced the brake and clutch master, which also involved the under dash linkage because they were moved up to clear the Hemi valve covers. Steve’s 57’ Nomad has been finished up and ready for delivery. This came to us as a started project, but unfortunately the guy building the car for him passed away. We took the job to completion. This car has all the goodies, Ram-Jet 502, 700R4 transmission, Ford 9 rear, Ride-Tech air suspension, Vintage Air, Dakota Digital dash, Ididit steering column, Hydro-Boost brakes, American Racing Wheels, Glide Engineering seat, Lokar shifter & pedals, Custom Autosound radio, Smoked ...Glass, California front bumper and power windows. The car has been mini-tubbed so we needed to cut the rear seat frames down to make that work. Outside is finished in a Satin 2-tone gray. This car runs and drives unbelievable, 70 mph you think you’re doing 40. Paul's 1970 Nova is going back to Massachusetts this morning. We did a 5-speed conversion with hydraulic bearing, new carpet, rebuilt the front disc brakes, some suspension work, replaced the heater control & new core, Fixed the fuel gauge and sent the headers to Jet-Hot for coating. He's all set for the upcoming season now. We did a 57' 2-door hardtop for him last year. We appreciate the business, thanks Paul.

After laying off the 57' Nomad for a little bit, we're back on it trying to get the interior finished up. Don't forget this car is mini-tubbed, so we had to narrow the rear seat and also make custom wheel well covers. Ron did the fabrication work and Sal's Upholstery took care of the seat cover and wheel well covers. Great job by both.
