A study looking at a topical solution to relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis from the June 4th issue of Ophthalmology.

The temperature isn't the only thing on the rise. Tree pollens, primarily from elm, oak and maple rocketed the pollen count to 10.6 today (on a scale from 0-12). Did you feel the effect of spring busting out this morning?

"Maternal exposure to high levels of pollen during late pregnancy may be associated with an increased risk for infants being hospitalized for asthma during their first year of life."

"Mold may develop between the removable seat cushion and the sleeper’s hard plastic frame if it remains wet or isn’t kept clean. The mold may cause respiratory illnesses and other infections. "
