So happy to share this amazing result with you. This lovely lady had a severely deviated septum, creating a near total nasal obstruction. The right side was completed blocked. Her nose was shifted to one side and the tip was twisted. A #septoplasty was done along with #internalnasalvalve repair. The septum was brought to the midline and the tip cartilages were centered.
