Registration is open from January 2nd - January 17th. Contest begins from January 20th - February 28th. Winner will be announced on March 2nd. __________________________________ All contestants must come in for an initial weigh-in, body composition and hip-to-waist ratio measurements during the first week... and last week of contest. Contestants are highly encourage to check-in weekly for measurements, guidance and support. __________________________________ All contestants will be provided with science-based dietary and exercise program. Also 20% discount will be offered to all exercise classes held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm and Sundays at 10am (discount for new members only). __________________________________ The picture to the right is @syleecia She was the winner of our last contest losing totaling 24lbs and improving her body composition and waist-to-hip ratio.
