A conservative and versatile approach to a challenging aesthetic presentation: Uneven tissue height, faded, stained bonding, and a dark metal post and core were all addressed with aesthetic crown lengthening and a mix of eMax and porcelain-metal ceramics. Crowns placed only on upper left central and lateral incisors. Kudos to Dr. Eleni Vinieris for excellent periodontal work, and Jenny Wahlberg at Valley Dental Arts for being persistent in creating life-like porcelain restorations.
