Giving back a Smile: Excessive wear case, anterior crossbite, a few other issues - Here is a 65 year old female who was referred to our office a few years back. Unhappy with her smile we decided to restore her using Full Contour emax(for durability). Missing teeth? Asymmetrical spaces can prove to be very difficult especially in younger patients who choose to be as conservative with treatments as possible. Here we utilized a diode laser to expose a peg lateral and veneer. In the larger/asymmetrical space on the patients right we utilized a dental implant and crown to restore her smile. We will continue to cultivate the gum line over the next few months and finalize esthetics at that time. #keepsmiling #keepitsimple
