Dynamic Gymnastics in Mohegan Lake NY, is seeking women’s competitive artistic gymnastics coaches. Applicants must have experience working with level 3 to 10. Salary based on experience.

Hi All, We want to reach out with an update regarding Dynamic Gymnastics. As of now we’re closed until further notice, until is safe to re-open in our community. It is very difficult to express how this is impacting all of us emotionally and of course financially. Our life’s work is built upon the joy that gymnastics brings into your child lives and we’re devastated that this situation is hindering our ability to do so. We understand that many days your daughter spend more ti...me at Dynamic than home. Dynamic is a second home to all of us as well. We completely understand and support every family is in a different situation as we navigate the health crisis. We want you to know we’re here for you and this community to help in any way we can. We’re working on re-opening Dynamic and implementing ideas, structure team workouts throughout the day based on school closings as well as weekend clinics to make up for lost time. We will do everything in our power to make up these lost weeks to you in many alternative and creative ways. Again we’re eternally grateful for your support and understanding. The Dynamic girls from Lakeland/Panas/Putnam Valery High School had a perfect season. After finishing the season undefeated, team won for the second year in a row the Division One and the Sectional Championship. Caitlin Pellegrino won AA, Vault, Bars and Floor Four athletes from the team qualify for the State final tournament Caitlin P AA Emily Quinn Bars... Journal News and USA Today journal named Caitlin Pellegrino the Westchester/Putnam Valley gymnast of the year/ Sorin Cepoi coach of the year for NY State public schools. Caitlin finished on top with a 37.15 at the Section one championship and helped team Lakeland/Panas/PV along with Alyssa L, Megan B, Samantha F, Catherine P, Pheby A and Veronica R to win the Sectional title.

TomThumb preschool turned 50 this year. Today we concluded two days of mini Olympic Games where our future Olympians performances delighted the huge audience of friends and families. Congratulations to Nancy, Sorin, Teodora, Adrian, Tom and Caroline for such a great job they have done. See you next year.

For the third year in a row LPPV H.S. won the Divisional Championship and advance to the Sectional Championships. Congratulations to all our super team members and to my three Seniors here in the picture, Amanda, Callie an Theresa. I’ll miss you guys. Sorin

This past weekend six Dynamic girls participated in the Make it Right Gymnastics camp in Boston Massachusetts. They got to work out with 2 time US junior national and international champion Maile O'Keefe, theirs coaches Sorin, Teodora and many other national staff. Great job girls.

Congratulations to Taylor (1st AA and Floor, 2nd on UB & BB, 4th on VT.) and Alyssa (7th AA) for their great performances at level 8 State championships. Both will head to regionals in Massachusetts, Taylor as part of the super 7 team member and Alyssa as a all star team member. Congratulations to Jana Frattellone BB state champ. Congratulations to all our Dynamic level 8 team for a job well done this past weekend.

Congratulations to Team Dynamic for a very successful State Championship this past weekend. Level 9's Valia, Callie, Caitlin and Olivia Xcel Ainhoa, Aubree, Sofia, Rachel, Alyssa, Jayda,Alana, Annaleigh, Rebecca and Maya....you all did an excellent job at your first State meet. Very proud of you. Special congratulations to Valia Gregory.... We're very glad to be your coaches and is never simple to say goodbye to a student who touched our life forever. Today marks the end of Tom Thumb/Dynamic Gymnastics Mini Olympics, a two day event where preschool students perform in gymnastics, baseball, basketball, tag rope, hula hoops, parachute and much more in front of a cheering crowd of parents and friends. Olympians Teodora Ungureanu-Cepoi, Sorin Cepoi and Adrian Radoi who helped those young athletes to achieve their goals, handed out the medals during the two days ceremony. A big thank you to Nancy Brophy, Carolyn Ruback the gym manager and preschool director Tom Brophy for putting this event tougher and making it happen year after year.

Dynamic Gymnastics will be closed tomorrow February 9 do to the inclement weather.

I want to congratulate all our athletes for their participation to our 19th annual Spirit of America meet this past weekend. You make us very proud. The list of winners is very long...so again, congrats to all.

For the second year in a row we won Division one championship. Super job girls, proud of you.
