Monday night Yoga is back for April! Join Kaye for a familiar vinyasa practice through the month of April. Mondays April 16,23,&30 4-5pm Gentle Yoga & Vinyasa Flow 6-7:30pm $10.00 we had a great turn out this last Monday -so join us with a sense of JOY.

We have 4 Bikram classes a week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 6pm. The room is heated between 90 and 100 degrees. You must bring a large towel and water to class. Wear shorts or pants rolled up to show your knees. Be early class starts promptly and door is LOCKED at 6. David Corson, a certified Bikram instructor is teaching these 90 minute classes.
