Eastwood Youth Soccer

Salem FTO teaming up with staff from a Syracuse City School to provide Christmas to children in need. Last year we filled bags like this for over 100 children, thanks to generosity from the community and staff. These gifts bless our students and students all over the SCSD (because we provide for all children in the household). I know many people already have places they help, that’s WONDERFUL!!!! But if you were looking to find a place to help this Christmas, I invite you to partner with us in spreading Christmas cheer. Please private message me if you would like to know ways you can help. Please share with anyone you think might be interested! We are taking great efforts to provide gifts safely during this difficult time and have procedures and plans to make sure we do so responsibly.

We are excited to announce, there will be a 2021 Eastwood Soccer season!!! Registration will open today (Wednesday, April 7th) and tomorrow for ONLY players that registered and paid for the 2020 season! Starting Friday, April 9th registration will open for all other players. It is imperative that you read Covid Regulations on our web page before you register. Please also make sure you are receiving the Eastwood Soccer emails because that is the main source of communication throughout the season (sometimes the emails are sent to junk mail, please make sure you are having them moved to your main mailbox). Looking for an amazing tutor for your child? My friend, Candia Tucker, is currently taking new students on. Any child would be blessed to have her help with any educational struggles they may be facing!!! Please share with anyone you know in need of an excellent tutor! Reaching out one more time, just in case I missed someone: Need men's sneakers sizes 9 1/2, 12 and 15. These are for a friend who works with youth in need. We were able to collect some beautiful summer clothing (thank you to those that left them on my porch <3 ), but could still use some sneakers (these do not need to be new). Please share! <3

A friend of mine works with teen youth in Syracuse in a group home, they could really use some sneakers : Men’s sizes 9 1/2, 12 and 15. They could also use some men’s large and extra large shirts and shorts (for playing outdoors). If you have any of these items laying around your house not being used, I got a great place for them . As always you can leave them on my porch. As a side note : so many of you often give toward these projects and I am grateful . It...’s hard to find the right way to thank you or show you how your generosity is being used and making a difference. So if after you’ve donated an item and would like to know the follow up, please feel free to send me a private message, I am more than glad to give you the happy details of the children’s (and adult’s) responses to their needs being met (without names of course). Have any picture books hanging around your house that could use a new home? My friend is looking for picture books to give away to students who visit the library each Friday. These DO NOT need to be new, hand me downs are the best!!! I am collecting these on my porch (you can leave them anytime)! <3 Please share.
