Freshly ground Korv is now in the store for Easter. Before you ask, we do not put it in a casing. I just sell bulk. $4.99/lb. I put them all in 1 pounders to make it easy (except one that was only 0.8 pounds).

The US Post Office had a difficult time getting packages delivered on time this year and we've had several calls from customers who did not receive, or received late and spoiled, their packages from the bakery. If this happened to you, you should take the package to your local post office and file a claim. Each package is insured with the minimum insurance that comes with Priority Mail service. If you do not have the package, or you already disposed of it, call us and we will send you the tracking information. Merry Christmas!!!

'Tis the season for delicious Christmas Tree Braids. Cinnamon, Almond or Cardamon , these are amazing treats to have after dinner or on the table with your morning coffee. We have them in the store now through Christmas Eve. Don' t forget, tomorrow is the last day we are taking orders before Christmas. After tomorrow (Saturday) it'll be first come, first served, no holds!

I spent all night baking the bread, just to go home and tear it all up in preparation for an awesome stuffing. Did you get your stuffing bread today? I baked a lot of it for you!
