AS of 3-14-20 we would like to let you know the steps we have taken to deal with COVID-19 we are currently using NON -CONTACT and or LIMITED CONTACT procedures to keep our employees and suppliers safe all shippers and receivers MUST adhere to these specifications for us to offer our services any longer DRIVERS will deliver freight by leaving paperwork on back of trailer opening his own doors and backing in Driver will not enter buildings Nor will driver touch or assist in the... unloading process once trailers are empty driver can be notified by cell phone or Visual communication and he will then close his own doors and leave the property at once. we will only be offering images of bills of lading and NO originals will be offered to customers till further notice Please advise at once if these restrictions are an issue so we can deal with an alternative or discontinuation of our services We are taking this situation seriously and hope to be of service for the long haul Our office is also in a Full NON CONTACT operation all drivers delivering or picking up from our facility Must call and follow the same procedures outlined in this e mail.
