We're hiring for a Digital Advertising Specialist either as a sub-contractor OR full-time position. Our digital marketing agency works with clients of all sizes across industries, and we’re looking to grow our team with someone just as diverse. This person is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns while working closely with our digital advertising team lead. All members of our team wear various hats, making skills across copywr...iting, data analytics, ad platforms, and client communications a major benefit. Role Requirements: -3+ years of experience within digital advertising -Assist with setup and management of PPC/digital advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts - including management of ad budgets, testing of ad creatives, keyword research, audience targeting, and optimizing for key actions -Communicate effectively with clients via email, audio/video conference calls -Timely & organized with assignments and prompt to respond to Project Managers -Comfortable working independently in a digital environment -Self-driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to creatively problem-solve Essential Skills: -Experience with Facebook Ads and Business Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Analytics -Experienced with writing ad copy for specific platforms with attention to targeting details and ad character lengths -Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, implementing pixels and conversion tracking -Knowledge of retargeting/remarketing, audience creation -Ability to analyze, report, and draw conclusions from advertising campaigns to maximize results -Google Ads certification is a plus -Experience with Basecamp and Slack is a plus **Please note, this job is completely remote.
