This gorgeous patient had very large breasts that gave her chronic unrelenting neck, back, and shoulder pain, and prevented her from finding appropriately fitted clothes. Here she is 3 months after surgery with complete relief from her symptoms! Note the pink arrow pointing to a mole on her skin as a point of reference. See how much a reduction is able to actually lift the breast for a more youthful and perky appearance. #breastreduction #breastreductionbeforeandafter #plasti...csurgery #boardcertifiedplasticsurgeon *Individual results may vary. Happy Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day If you haven't already, please see link in profile to register for our Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Day celebration. This year we focus on equity and inclusion in breast reconstruction. In honor of our diverse population of breast cancer patients, featured today is this gorgeous young woman who underwent left lumpectomy and radiation for breast cancer a couple of years ago. She desired improvement of the contour deformity ...left over from her cancer treatments so she underwent "oncoplastic" mastopexy of the left side and a balancing mastopexy of the right side with fat grafting. Here she is after two rounds of fat grafting. Note where the white arrow points to the prior contour deformity and the improvement with fat grafting and scar release. Note also the improvement in her waist shape with the liposuction performed for fat grafting. If you would like to learn more about procedures like this, please register for our BRA DAY event. Link in bio! This is my actual patient who gave written permission to share her photos on social media. Please do not share or copy in any way.

Do you have torn or elongated earlobe piercings from years of heavy earrings or accidental trauma? This beautiful patient had hers fixed in 20 minutes under local anesthesia. No downtime. Re-piercing is then done by me at 8-12 weeks after repair. Check out my Stories for a video of the procedure! #tornearloberepair #cleftearlobe #elongatedearpiercing #elongatedearlobe #boardcertifiedplasticsurgeon #plasticsurgery

This gorgeous patient had left mastectomy for breast cancer and immediate reconstruction using the excess fat and skin from her tummy without interfering with her abdominal muscles (SIEA flap). After the left side healed and settled, she had a revision to enhance the shape and projection (perkiness) of the left reconstruction and her right breast was lifted to match. Now both breasts are full and perky without the use of an implant. They are also more symmetrical now than the...y were before, and her tummy is flat with a low scar that hides perfectly beneath her underwear. Here she is 3 months after her second surgery. #breastreconstructionbeforeandafter #breastreconstruction #SIEAflap #fattransfer #plasticsurgery #boardcertifiedplasticsurgeon #cancersucks *Individual results may vary.
