Great news! If you have been following, the CDC just announced that Covid-19 doesn’t transmit from surfaces the way they originally thought!!!! But no worries anyway, I have installed a UV-C/ozone lamp in house to kil 99.99% of all surface bacteria and virus!

Check out these FIERCE pilates students...doing some body-morphing, soul-encouraging work with me!!!! But also... check out what a boutique gym looks and feels like! Times are changing! Large gyms may not be where u want to find yourself! From private and duet sessions to classes that will be as small as 6 people... properly socially distanced! You can decide who u want to workout with and how u want to workout! I’m here to figure things out!
