I was at my doctor’s appointment when I read @chrissyteigen post and I instantly balled my eyes out. The doctor and the nurse came in and saw me sobbing uncontrollably, and they just stood there and patiently waited for me to catch my breath. The doctor asked if I was depressed or needed a therapist referral.
