Nicer days has us wishing we were outside building decks and not stuck in side with quarantine. Spending all this time at home has me wishing I had a deck to sit on. What about you? Did you know we also build/design homes? Over the past year or so we have been working on designs for new homes. Our focus in this process was how to deliver a quality new home at a reasonable price point. Featured here is a 1600 sqft ranch with an open concept floor plan, 3 bed, 2 bath. McGrogan Design killed it with our new door hangers! We decided to have these door hangers made to put on the neighbors houses whenever we start a project. A nice way to say, hey, there might be some cars on the road and loud noises

As you saw yesterday we are no longer doing site visits for estimates until COVID-19 is no longer a threat. Till then we will still be conducting estimates though. Indoor projects: text or email me pictures and measurements of the area you are looking to renovate with you contact info and address. From there we will schedule a 15-30 minute call so I can get a full grasp of what you want done. Outdoor Projects: text or email me picture of you house/outdoor project with you... contact information and address. From there my crew and I will come measure for your project (if needed) and we will set up a 15-30 minute phone call to go over the project. Buttoned up our first Atlas Roofing - Shingles roof of the season! Just a small 8 square so these homeowners can get their house on the market. As much as we love kitchens it sure was nice to be outside swinging a hammer and nailing on shingles again!

Took advantage of the beautiful day and got on our first roof of the season. Should be able to button everything up on Wednesday!
