Provide NON-FOOD TREATS (necklaces, glow sticks, pencils, stickers, bubbles, coins) to help create a safer, happier Halloween for all kids. 4. Set up a table with individual bagged treats for kids to take OR send treats down a 6 foot candy chute made from a cardboard gift wrap roll or long hollow tube. 5.
