EAC Member Feature: Hi everyone, it's Sam! Here's a little peek into my home in Airmont, NY. First, a photo of my dog, Lola! We put a bell on her collar for Christmas and she didn't want to take it off! She's about a year old and is a huge baby. ... Next is one of my cats Luna! I call Luna one of my "employees" as she always sits in my lap like this while I'm working. This winter I've been able to work from home as a Patron Service Worker for the RPO. Third we have my other cat Sasha! She loves to lounge in the sun, and every now and then she falls asleep like this with her tongue out. Next up, two of my favorite meals I've had over break! Both are completely vegan. First we have a lasagna I made on Christmas for my family. It has homemade sauce, a bechemel cream sauce, tons of vegan sausage, and freshly chopped basil on top. Next up is a green chicken curry my dad made! I used vegan chicken, and everything else in the original recipie is vegan already. I hope everyone has been enjoying their time off and doing well wherever you are in the world! We have a ton of fun things planned for EAC next semester (my last semester!), so keep your eyes peeled!
