Essex County COVID-19 Vaccine Waiting List Available In order to identify Essex County residents who are ready and willing to get the COVID-19 Vaccine when we... have vaccines available, please complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Waiting List form. You don't have to be in one of the eligible groups to be on a waiting list! This form is available on our website at: https://www.co.essex.ny.us/H/covid-19-vaccine-waiting-list/ Alternatively, residents can call our main office number at 518-873-3500 to have someone assist them with being placed on a waiting list.
