My breakfast doesn't look much like a traditional American one. I rarely eat pancakes , cereals, toast and eggs . Most often I started the morning with cottage cheese or a piece of cheese. But after Tony Robbins ' last training session, I eliminated dairy products. I can never make do with...out a bread roll. I have loved bakery products since childhood. And morning is a justified chance to eat a bread roll without doing damage to your physical shape. Bakery are now gluten free too. The food I eat for breakfast varies from season to season.
