PSA - it’s cold and flu season (and pretty much has been since march). The best way to pack in nutrients is by whipping up your own bone broth! Throw some bones, apple cider vinegar, water, salt & pepper in a pot and walk away for 12-24 hours! Strain and sip! Bones are $1/lb at the the farm, come stock up

Have a sunny day! A few updates - Phase 3 has been opened in our region, allowing indoor dining at half capacity. We are continuing with primarily outdoor dining at our new picnic tables as our indoor space is limited. Shoppers are still welcome inside, but indoor dining will be at a minimum for few small parties! - Thank you for your continued support! PS we have tons of eggs. Shop is open every day.

4 days until Fat Tuesday! No reservations required, $10 at the door, all you can eat. First come, first serve.

There’s a reason for pre-season. A whole lot of work goes into getting the woods ready for tapping. Aside from thinning the woods and checking on the health of the trees, we have to walk our entire sap woods to inspect the lines before the season starts. Biggest sap line enemies? Wildlife and weather.. not much you can do about that. Squirrels chewing tubing, deer running through, tree limbs falling and pulling the lines down. Our goal is to have more taps every single year, so while we pick up and patch up, we also invest in more tubing to expand main line. MORE TAPS MORE MAPLE SYRUP
