Does it get any better than warm weather and fresh beer? IT DOES: warm weather, fresh beers, and DOGS! We have two freshly packaged beers for you today. We’ve been hard at work on FFarm, in Walton, and can’t wait to share all the excitement with you. Stay tuned for more updates! ...Second, we have a new batch of one of our favorite single IPAs, Premium, but with some updated label colors to keep things fresh. Who doesn’t love new colorways? This is one of our packaging technicians, Bert, enjoying a Something Sabro IPA, the latest installment in our Something series. For those who may not know, we created the Something series to make IPAs (as well as double IPAs, of which we aptly categorize under Double Something) featuring only one hop variety, in order to best showcase all of their unique and beloved characteristics. This allows us to demonstrate what we love about each individual hop we select, AND it helps y...ou better understand what varieties provide the particular flavors and aromas you enjoy. It’s a beautiful thing for all of us. We love the Sabro hop for its complex profile of vivid fruity flavors, offering notes of coconut and tropical fruit. Something Sabro is currently available, in Queens and at Finback Brooklyn, in four-packs of 16-ounce cans. Though, we're almost sold out! Don't miss it.

Today, we are releasing a beer that is near and dear to our hearts, brewed in memory of a very special person: Dave Witham, founder of Proclamation Ale Company, who was a beloved husband, father, friend, and figure in the craft-beer industry. The proceeds from sales of this beer, which we’ve named Second Derivative, will be going to a fund for Dave’s daughter, Harper, and we couldn’t be more proud to be able to participate in this great cause. We want to thank Dave’s wife, Lo...ri, the whole Proclamation team, and of course, Craft Collective, for organizing this project. Available at both locations, Second Derivative is a hopped-up take on Dave’s classic single-hopped pale ale, Derivative, and thus deemed Second Derivative. We hope you all enjoy this beer with loved ones and good company. Let’s raise one in celebration of Dave‘s life! SECOND DERIVATIVE//IPA dry hopped with Galaxy, Belma, and Citra hops; 6.5% ABV
