Good morning, everyone! Six more days until #christmas2020. This season is all about #giving so we wanted to thank you for giving us another chance (by coming back amidst COVID) and by doing so, for giving to OUR community! With that said there are a quick updates we want to share: - Some of our members have found that their key fob was shut off without them being aware. For those of you experiencing this, we are sorry for the inconvenience but rest assure, it is a simple fi...x! Text or call us if this happens (585-331-9840) or come by during our normal business hours and Dom or Jakob will get you back up! There was a glitch with our system when we reopened and after the institution that manages our ACH and active membership found it, they did a sweep last week to turn off all expired contracts. So your fob will only be affected if your contract was overdue or expired. Going forward, now that expiration dates are correct in the system, you’ll get a call from us when your contract is expiring because we’ll know! - We are working finalizing our #newyears promotion for new and renewing membership! So stay tuned for that update as we will publicize it next week! - The governor ha a publicly announced that new information shows that gyms are not a hot spot or micro cluster. That doesn’t necessarily mean he won’t push regulations on us anymore but it does provide assurance to you, our members, that the risk of contracting the virus at our gym is showing to be non-existent. Greetings to our members, friends, and community! We hope that you’re all doing well and staying safe and healthy! We wanted to give you a quick update: 1. Things have been running really smooth since our soft opening October 1! If you have been in since, thank you! Please share your experience with us in the comments below! 2. The Governor enforced a mandatory ruling that requires us to close our facility at 10pm every night. This is unique because he didn’t share any ruling... on when we, as a gym, are required to reopen. So we are playing it safe and requiring a temporary change from 24/7 to being open from 6am - 10pm every day of the week. You’ll find that your key fobs won’t work during this time. Our staffed hours will still remain the same. We hope this is temporary! 3. With Brockport College and surrounding colleges shifting to online/remote learning until next February, we want to let all college students know that we have a special for you! Our normal rate for members is $39.99/mo so if you show a valid college ID when signing up, you’ll be able to have a no-commitment monthly membership to our amazing facility and all equipment for just $33.33/mo! 4. We are going to be ramping up our social media efforts as well as our community involvement these next few months. We really hope to share all of the things we are and will be doing in the coming months! 5. Keep an eye out for other specials and promos as the new year rolls in! Greetings! The count down to our re-opening has begun! Doors will open at 6:00am on October 1st for those who were active members when we shut down and 9am for all others who are visitors or non-active members. We are truly excited to get back to normal.
