Brocton Fitness Center and Pool

After reassessing the reopening plans along with the building construction, optimistically we have an anticipated date of October 1st, 2020 for reopening. We are very anxious to reopen, but must take everyone's safety into consideration.

We were hoping to be able to welcome you all back to the facility sooner rather than later, but the state still hasn't given us any insight on when they plan to let gyms reopen. That being said, if your membership was valid on 3/16/20 (offical closure date) we have added 4 months onto your membership. We will honor pool passes an extended 4 months taking expirations to April 2021. We are in contact with the health department to see our possibilities about reopening our facilities. We love feedback, if there is anything we could do for you during this extended time, please let us know!

Hi there. We know that it has been a long, hard 3 months away from the Fitness Center and Pool. As NYS enters phase 3, there is talk about reopening in phase 4. We are still unsure as to what the regulations and requirements will be. We will work closely with the Health Department and the County during the reopening of our facility. We cannot wait to see our members soon!

UPDATE: For those of you with current memberships (paid for in advance) we will extend your membership for as long as we are closed. For Now, let's play a game! We want to see how our members are staying active during this closure. Write on our page or upload a video of you working out!

As our facilities have closed until further notice: We want to make sure our members stay in shape! While working on a livestream/ video recording of a daily workout; try this at home! Every hour for the duration of your wake time complete this cycle: 10 pushups 10 situps 10 air squats... 30 second plank All of these movements can be modified and require NO equipment. Once videos become available for other around the house exercises, we will post them! Until then, challenge yourself and hold yourself accountable for the workout above!

Update: Our pool activities are cancelled starting today Monday March 16th until further notice. This includes tonight's classes: Aquasize and Infant Aquatics. In regards to the Fitness Center: In compliance with the Governor’s orders, all gyms are to be to shut down at 8PM this evening until further notice. We will be working with state authorities to open our doors as soon as possible! We will post updates and information as we have it. We hope to see everyone soon! For now stay healthy and be smart!

As per the Health Department and for precautionaries: Starting Wednesday 3/18/20 we will shut down all Brocton Fitness Center and Pool activities until further notice. All memberships will be extended the period of time that we are closed, lessons will be either extended or pro-rated, and birthday parties can be refunded or rescheduled once we know our timeline of reopening. We are working closely with the district and will communicate information as it becomes available.

In the event that Brocton Central School closes tomorrow 2/27/2020, all activities in the Fitness Center and Pool will be closed too.
