September 24th's bowl is the Coco Loco: acai blended with coconut water, topped with granola, banana, shredded coconut, and coconut oil. Pay for your bowl from Happy Bowls before class with cash or venmo. Available for the 7am, 8am, and 9am classes only.

We're shaking things up this fall! Starting next week you'll see some new faces on our schedule. We look forward to welcoming them to NoHo and we hope you'll join us in trying out all of their classes!

If you take either of Nick's Sunday classes on the 16th, we will book you into his Wednesday Tempo class on the 19th FOR FREE! Take a Method class in the new 8:30am time slot or try his Power class at 9:30am. Then Tempo it out on Wednesday!

Next week NoHo is showing students some love! Take class on us on a walk-in basis. Bring your ID and schedule with you, or send scans of both to [email protected] ahead of time to verify your account! Then ask us about students prices and pack memberships -- hint: pack memberships end up being cheaper per class!

The Never Coast Challenge is coming up and Team NoHo has an AMAZING line-up of coaches to support you! From 9/24-10/22, commit to 3 or 6 classes a week and we'll sort you in hitting that goal, crushing your PR, and we'll throw in some fun events along the way!
