Fodera and Associates, LLC. is excited to announce our membership in the New York State Professional Process Servers Association. This membership, along with our membership in the National Association of Professional Process Servers will help us grow our national and statewide network, allowing us to better serve our clients with pre-qualified professionals in areas outside of our New York State capabilities.

Fodera and Associates has another adoption search success story! We were contacted by a woman who was placed into adoption in 1975 by her birth mother who was only 12 years old at the time. We were able to identify and locate the birth mother and left a voice message for her about two weeks ago. Today we received a phone call from the mother who confirmed all of the information we had and acknowledged that she is the birth mother. She agreed to a conference call with her daug...hter and we facilitated that call, putting both parties in contact with each other by telephone, where they learned that they only live one town apart in Central New York! They have exchanged contact information and will be meeting in person shortly. One of the happiest parts of our business is when we can reunite adoptees with birth parents and bring families closer together, especially duri mg the holiday season and particularly in 2020, when people are searching for some happiness in a crazy world! Very proud to be celebrating 5 years in business. For those who run a successful business, you know how important the first 5 years are!

Fodera and Associates is very excited to celebrate our 5th Anniversary as a successful business providing private investigative, process service and security services to the New York Capital Region and beyond. While this year has been difficult for so many, we have used the time to advance our nationwide network as a member of the National Association of Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Nee York Process Servers Association, while also expanding our efforts to attract new law f...irms and attorneys as customers and also increase our efforts to assist adoptees and birth families to reunite. We are also maintaining our member ship in the Southern Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce / Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. We have secured contracts for service with several large corporations and two new municipalities, assisting in their efforts to control their workers compensation costs and maintain safe workplaces for their employees. We look forward to the next 5 years and want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported us along the journey, but especially our employees, without whom we wouldn’t have been able to do so much so quickly. Fodera and Associates and our President, Joseph Fodera, are very excited to announce our membership in the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), a nationally recognized resource and reference group for Private Investigative and Process Service Companies. Our membership will allow us to outsource to professional, vetted companies across the country for our distinctive clientele, as well as allowing us to advertise directly to other service companies in need of professional process servers in the New York, Capital Region and our other service areas.
