Isolation is rough. When I’m home, I find myself needing to do more calming exercises through out the day. So on my lunch break today, I did a 30 minute meditation while the dogs (mostly) held their place command (dog meditation). Slow your mind, slow your dogs mind. What they are learning is the key. I understand that dogs seem to be an ice breaker and something that brings people together.
