Third unplanned gas release from the Weymouth compressor station!! And still no red alert from the town! The Fore River Residents Against the Compressor Station are asking if there is a 3 strikes rule! PHMSA needs to come back in and rescind their permission for Enbridge to operate the facility, and FERC needs to rescind their Order allowing operation and the project approval. #StopEnbridge!

Here's the brief we filed with the Fore River Residents Against the Compressor Station (FRRACS) and others. There are a whole pile of briefs filed by groups (and the industry) that intervened since the briefing Order was issued by FERC on February 18th. You can check them out at FERC.gov by going to docket CP16-9-012. There are now 30 days for groups to file Reply Briefs with a deadline of May 4. #StopEnbridge!
