They caught me by surprise gobblin strong REALLY early, so we set up in a row of farm implements & he was being pushed around by 5 strutting jakes & he wanted to get to us first. Great morning but no gobbles after 6:30. Looks like a 2-3 yo 22.5 lbs. Who was out today ?

Worse case of beech scale I’ve ever seen. If it wasn’t for the branch i would have questioned it.

I took some time to visit & check out some of our plan & work in Sullivan County NY from 3 years ago, and this guys on track with many habitat projects. He ran out of time & asked me to set up this blind for him & his son, which i did yesterday morning. Things look promising for May 1 .
