As our first medical personnel check-in today, we are thankful for all of the health professionals who are working tirelessly all over the world. Today, we’re drawing the line so they can be on the front line. We are humbled to play a small part during this unprecedented situation. Stay safe and be well everyone!

We want to thank all nurses, doctors, and medical personnel working on the front lines to keep our community safe. As we prepare our hotel, we want to acknowledge those who have come from near and far and thank you for your service. We are humbled by your selflessness, bravery and generosity, and wish we had room for every single one of you. Given the overwhelming demand and scale of the health crisis, we have partnered with select hospitals and medical associations to manage... the reservations process directly with their staff and members. Four Seasons Hotel New York is unfortunately not able to take any reservations directly from individuals and we do apologize in advance. We are currently finalizing our guest and employee procedures to ensure the safest possible protocols are in place before our first medical guests check-in midweek. In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation and the new measures announced by New York City Mayor, Bill de Blasio, on March 15, 2020, Four Seasons Hotel New York will temporarily close The Garden restaurant, Ty Bar, L.
