Really fabulous customer service. I decided to switch back to a harness but Isaac is bigger then he was 3 years ago. She spent half an hour working with me to adjust the harness so it now fits. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Walking my two gentlemen this morning in the snow! Very enjoyable walk for all of us - the first time in a long time. I actually had to walk and not get dragged around the blocks.

Just got our harness today. Jessica in C/S is wonderful and walked me all through it while I was waiting for it [yesterday]. For the first time in 2 years Charl...ey and I took a WALK ... not one of those pulling me through the air screaming kind but a WALK. Thank you guys. I recommend this harness for EVERYdog who is a little stubborn about training. Charley has been known to everyone as the only dog I could lead train ever in my long life! You made it happen. She is a Doberman mix, weighs about 54 pounds so shouldn't be so hard but within her genes are a bunch of boxers and little pit bulls and labs ... all who love to pull! She was harder to walk then my past 159 lb Dane mix who loved to amble and talk and enjoy the birds and nature. Maybe Charley and I can do that some day. EVERYone with a "difficult" to train dog, get this. You'll be so thankful!
