Local historic note related to the current events in Washington. The former Governor of Wisconsin, Alexander Williams Randall; is interred in Woodlawn Cemetery. As US Postmaster General he was a member of the Presidents Cabinet and was co-manager of the Defense Fund for Andrew Johnson in his Impeachment Trial.
