Happy Thursday! I have been reading about so many people that have started running through this pandemic. Give yourself credit for the effort & time you are putting in. Don't obsess over the pace! You are out there MOVING At YOUR OWN PACE! It's not a competition! Just like strength training! We don't all LIFT the same weight BUT WE ARE DOING IT, FOR OURSELVES!! MOVE IT, LIFT IT, RUN IT! DO WHAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU!! KEEP IT HAPPY & HEALTHY!
