As much as I would hope this could come true, I think it is far fetched. I see no signs of Insurance companies backing down... The rise in Certification programs is a false indicator...

GREAT PIECE... but they are leaving out a huge key point, ALLSTATE is forcing their customers to do only photo inspections. They will not send an adjuster out to inspect cars. We had a customers car sit here for 1 week and ALLSTATE refused to inspect the car. Customer was forced to pick the car up and wait for a estimate after they took a photo.
