Happy 245th birthday to the USMC!

Hello everyone! I know it's been too long, so here goes... Despite what you heard about the reopening of low risk indoor activities and phase 4 businesses, (that include gyms, bowling centers, indoor dining, and even schools,) billiard halls believe it or not, are not among those given state opening guidance. We are vehemently opposed to any assertions that the game of billiards is a significantly higher risk activity than bowling. When our industries share so many similarit...ies where we're often regarded as two equivalent recreational activities, we not only understand, but share your confusion when it comes to why we must remain closed. The last thing we want is to put the health and well being of our staff, customers and families at risk. If the state believes our industry poses a greater risk to public health than the aforementioned, we should at least be told how and why they came to this determination, because we feel this was done with a misunderstanding of how our industry works. Sadly, until the state gives us authority to open, Gallery Billiards will remain closed for the time being. We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts who signed petitions and took a stand on our behalf, we hope your activism will be rewarded. Thank you so much for the outpouring of support and your kind words. We want you to know that even though we have been quiet lately, your well wishes have carried us through these hard days as we continue to work towards getting our doors open again. Hopefully our next message to you will be news of an official reopening date. Until then, we wish you and your loved ones good health and happiness. Remembering our fallen heroes ...

We wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy holiday. Hoping we can all be able to play under the same roof again, like one big happy family.

In the best interest of public health during this pandemic & in cooperation with the state ordinance, we will be closing Gallery Billiards at 8pm tonight. We hope you and your families stay safe during this crisis. We look forward to seeing you all again in the near future.

Happy 244th Birthday USMC!

Love conquers all... This past Saturday's fundraiser in Scott Inverarity's memory left us all feeling the strength in these words, and that this love can one day put cancer in remission for good. We are so grateful to have made so many new acquaintances through Scott, he was such a class act that it was no surprise to us he had so many good friends. Thank you for your donations to support the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and the American Cancer Society. Our event colle...cted $6,700, with the addition of Scott's brothers generosity, we will be donating a total of $7000 between these charities! (Thank you Christopher Inverarity!) Special thanks to Scott's beloved, Leigh Hamilton and friends Amy Jensen & Morgan Steinman for all their hard work in organizing and making this fundraiser such a success. Thanks again to Jeremy Segarra of Crew Restaurant & Bar for contributing his day off to making that outstanding buffet we all enjoyed. And most importantly, our patrons and donors--we cannot thank you enough for making this fundraiser our most successful charity event in our 18 year history.
