The new kitchen is virtually unrecognizable and now you know the reason behind the #AquaOnTheUWS name. In addition to opening it up and expanding the size, we also built a pantry for additional seamless storage.
he #AquaOnTheUWS renovation was one of the first projects we returned to last summer when pandemic restrictions began to be lifted. We’re grateful to our clients, who made us feel extra appreciated during such a strange and stressful time for the whole world.
Making progress in one of the bathrooms! Inspired by another bathroom in our portfolio with a chevron accent wall in the shower, our clients gravitated to this mid century modern-meets-transitional style.
Switching gears to bathroom floors with a spotlight on color! In this case, the two-tone dynamic of anthracite gray tiles for the floor and jade-toned mosaic tiles inside the shower.
With so many big changes taking place in this renovation, we have more demolition than usual on our plate. The first round of rubble is ready to be kicked to the curb!
Here’s a peek at one of the two bathrooms we’re renovating. Functional but a bit bland, we’re refreshing this space with a sparkling new look!
We couldn’t be more honored to exceed expectations. If you have a renovation in your future, read more of our reviews to see how we bring the same detail-oriented approach to each project: https://bit.ly/GalleryKBReviews

One of our most striking projects is a brownstone built in 1899 in Bed-Stuy, which we fully renovated and refinished, including the exterior. Explore the entire project in our latest Before & After: http://bit.ly/BedStuyBA

Last but not least, the bathroom renovations are now complete with the powder room, where we paired Carrara marble floor tiles with a mosaic accent wall and brushed walnut vanity for contemporary perfection.
In the kid’s bathroom for the #UESCondoReno project, glossy ceramic tiles in the shower are accented with a mosaic-style niche, while the oak rood laminate vanity softens the room.
Close-up on the master bathroom vanity, with the rich wood providing a nice natural contrast to the striking marble tones.
