January 2018 Verdict Highlights After trial, a Jury awarded our client $300,000.00 for injuries sustained in an auto accident. The award was $150,000.00 for present pain and $150,000.00 for future pain. before the trial was to begin, the Judge thought that the previous offer of $65.000,00 to settle the case was fair and reasonable and that the client should consider accepting the settlement offer and avoid the time and expenses of the trial.
