When this nice lady came in and I saw her hair I couldn’t believe that she was walking around like that. She actually wanted to remove the extensions and put them right back in, but life took her plan to another level. She told me over the phone that she had only tape in extensions but if you zoom in on the last 3 pics (which is NOT my work) you can see that she had also keratin fusions mixed in, which almost looked and felt like the previous stylist used crazy glue on her. L...ong story short, it was a hot mess, every stylist horror moment. It took me 6 hrs (without a break) to remove her extensions, a total of 8 hrs with color and styling after. THE REMOVAL IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE INSTALLATION, if you still want hair on your head. Her stylist placed the extensions all the way up on top, she was not even able to cover those extensions, and she developed a bold spot right on top of her head. She was never able to confront her stylist because he left the country for good. I looked at her hair after I finished removing the mess and realized this women doesn’t need extensions again, she needs a break. Her hair needs to breath and to grow back now. She had beautiful natural hair. I give her a half a head of highlights on this cute short hair cut and we called it a day. She was beyond happy and her head felt so much lighter.
