Hello everyone! Just a reminder to everyone that we are still open for business under new hours: Showroom hours: Monday : 10-3... Tuesday: 10-3 Thursday: 10-3 Friday: 10-3 Saturday: 10-3 Phone hours: Monday: 9-5 Tuesday: 9-5 Thursday: 9-5 Friday: 9-5 Saturday: 9-4 We are still delivering taking extra precautions such as wearing masks and asking if anyone is sick in the home before delivery. If you are concerned about taking deliveries, we highly recommend order by phone and pick up orders! We have lots in stock and ready for picking up. We will help load it into your vehicle and give you all the necessary parts such as hoses and cords along with your purchase. We have been keeping our showroom clean and have been taking extra precautions all around the shop in every way we possibly can. We sincerely thank all the customers that have been coming by and picking up appliances and shopping with us during this hectic time. ***UPDATE TO OPERATIONS*** Due to recent events with the COVID-19 pandemic in our country, we are changing our hours at this time. We will still be making deliveries with extra care as mentioned before. Our delivery team and Service tech will be wearing masks and gloves in each home. We will be asking our customers before delivery if anyone is sick in the home, and we ask that you work with us during this time. We will ask that you practice social distancing from us, and when... a delivery is being made to stand in another room while we are setting up. This is for your safety as well as ours. For service calls, we will only be taking urgent calls at this time by customers of ours. Non-urgent calls will be scheduled later to keep our tech available for emergencies. We encourage you to pick up appliances if you are in need, and many customers have already been doing so. We have lots of necessities in stock and as always will be providing all cords and connections for you. We can help you load it into your vehicle. We will only accept Credit cards and Cash only for pick up orders. No checks. Our new hours of operation is as follows: Our show room hours (being inside the store) will be cut to help with social distancing and helping us keep it clean for our customers and our safety. Showroom hours have changed as follows: Monday: 10am - 3pm Tuesday: 10am - 3pm Wednesday: Closed Thursday: 10am - 3pm Friday: 10am - 3pm Saturday: 10am - 3pm Sunday: Closed We will be able to answer the phone, answer questions, receive over the phone orders for delivery and pick up, schedule service, and help in anyway we can during this tough time. To all of our valued customers: We wanted to reach out to you all regarding the current state of affairs in our country. Due to concerns for the health and safety of our employees and customers we wanted to reach out regarding what we are doing in the wake of the COVID-19 (corona virus) pandemic. At this time we are remaining open for business. We have been disinfecting all surfaces inside our store, and have been taking extra precaution regarding safety and cleanliness. ... Our delivery and service crew will now ask customers prior to delivery if anyone is feeling sick in the house. If it is not an emergency we will kindly ask for you to reschedule. Our crew will also be wearing facemasks and gloves for their safety as well as yours. We stock everything on our floor in house, in our warehouse upstairs. If you feel safer picking up an appliance from us rather than delivery you are more than welcome to. As always we will include all connections for free even without delivery. We also take orders and purchases over the phone for pick up. We encourage you to do so, especially if you or a loved one is feeling sick. We care about our family, crew, and customers.
