Disinfect keys when received and returned 2. Before works starts and once completed we wipe down with disinfectant areas we touch, work in, vehicle controls and where we enter the vehicle 3. COVID-19 All of us at Gerry’s Service Complete Auto Repair have always been in tune with our customer’s needs and in todays world of COVID-19 we have your safety in mind. These are the steps we’ve implemented to ensure everyone’s safety. 1. Our staff regularly washes their hands in accordance with Center for Disease Control recommendations and uses hand sanitizers ... 2. Customer area, door handles, counters and other areas that are in contact with multiple people will be wiped down with sanitizer at least 2 times a day or more if needed 3. Customer’s vehicle will have area we touch or work on wiped down with disinfectant prior to starting repairs and at the end of repairs 4. Social distancing a. We will make every attempt to distance everyone with in the business by at least 3 feet b. Drop off Appointments are preferred, and communications will be handled by phone, text or email.
