5 Star reviews are great and we have plenty! "Had a noise in the front end thinking it may be struts in my 12 year old car with 144,000 miles. Took it to Monroe and was told "oh yes I needed struts and rear shocks". I was given an estimate which I took to Gerry's for a second opinion . Not only did he beat their price by couple hundred dollars but told me that the noise was coming a loose heat shield. Then to top it off he had a special going that gave me 15% off labor. COVID-19 All of us at Gerry’s Service Complete Auto Repair have always been in tune with our customer’s needs and in todays world of COVID-19 we have your safety in mind. These are the steps we’ve implemented to ensure everyone’s safety. 1. Our staff regularly washes their hands in accordance with Center for Disease Control recommendations and uses hand sanitizers ... 2. Customer area, door handles, counters and other areas that are in contact with multiple people will be wiped down with sanitizer at least 2 times a day or more if needed 3. Customer’s vehicle will have area we touch or work on wiped down with disinfectant prior to starting repairs and at the end of repairs 4. Social distancing a. We will make every attempt to distance everyone with in the business by at least 3 feet b. Drop off Appointments are preferred, and communications will be handled by phone, text or email. Even payments can be handled over the phone and vehicles picked up right from our parking lot As you can imagine business has been affected, so in an attempt to avoid layoffs and keep my staff working safely we will be offering some great specials over the next few weeks.
