Dear Valued Glam Body Guest: Here at Glam Body Sugaring Boutique,... We are committed to providing both a safe and Glam environment for our lovely patrons whilst visiting us. We continue to follow applicable occupational health and safety regulations in -every boutique-every day, regardless of season or sickness. We do this to ensure our guests can trust the boutique not only for the service but for the boutique environment. A few of our sanitation and cleaning measures are detailed below: All tweezers, trimmers, high frequency probes are soaked in cavicide, an intermediate grade disinfectant superior to barbicide. After each guest- all work stations, beds, and doors are wiped down twice with hospital grade disinfectant. New bed papers are used for each guest, covering the entire bed. Lysol is sprayed in every room, hallway and bathroom after every guest- and routinely throughout the work day. Items such as brow brushes, spoolies are one time use, and disposed of after every client. We never, and will never double dip. Our team members gloves are disposed of after every guest, and a new pair used. Safety has always been, and will continue to be, our main priority. We pride ourselves on the upkeep of our boutiques, by providing a clean and safe environment for you to relax and enjoy our services, as well as the diligence of our team in maintaining long established and well-developed safety sanitation protocols. During the midst of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, our entire team has taken significant additional measures to ensure that the safety of our guests and team members remain uninterrupted. Our team has established action plans to further enhance our existing cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols. This includes, but is not limited to, significantly increasing the frequency in which we are sanitizing our lobby, treatment room, stations and all high touch surfaces such as handrails, doors, handles, complimentary refreshment stations, and so on. We ask that all clients wash hands for minimum of 20 seconds before and after their service. If you need to sneeze, please do so inside your shirt or into your elbow. While at checkout- we provide gratuity envelopes for our staff. Please don’t use your tongue to seal the envelope- we will seal for you. If you’re not feeling well for your upcoming appointment, please call us during business hours or utilize the link in your confirmation email to reschedule your appt. Our team members can point you in the right direction of the nearest hand sanitizers, which are never too far away. Our team is also constantly monitoring information and updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we remain as proactive as possible.
