Our dear friend, Gloria. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

All of us at the Gleaners Community Kitchen and St. John's Episcopal Church are saddened to learn of the death this morning of one of our most faithful, long-term volunteers, Gloria Jackson. She died at Thompson Hospital after a short illness. Gloria volunteered five days a week in the Kitchen, before the pandemic closed the dining room, and was respected and admired by all. A strong woman of faith, she will be missed.
