When you tamp a puck of espresso, the tamper has to be perfectly level. Otherwise you extract too much on the low side and not enough on the high side, making a nasty-tasting shot. But this one? This is about as level as it gets.

At the corner of Park and Goodman a small slice of heaven waits for you. And your little dog, too. @bonesdogbakery specializes in doggy treats, using this space as their commissary for all their wholesale and retail operations. The cafe inside has human treats too, including our Nitro Cold Brew on tap! They’ve become a popular pit stop for doggies out walking their humans. Be sure to check out the murals inside painted by @laurawolanin while your dog chats it up with the crew

All these windows in our Elton Street location make this place flood with light all day. Open until 2pm today.

Coffee gets bagged up in these burlap sacks at its country of origin. They’re usually 130-150 lbs, but when they’re empty they make nice wall decor. There’s about 1,000 other uses for these burlap sacks like gardening and crafts. We even use them as padding whenever we ship big boxes of coffee! Any other ideas?

Every Tuesday is CSA pickup day for @flowerwellny and @kirbysfm at our Elton Street location. This means we’re open until 6pm on Tuesdays over here! See you soon.
