Gratitude is the healer of Mind, Body + Spirit. It lifts your awareness to the present here and now. It inspires feelings of abundance to grow within. It lights up our heart space and cleanses our eyes to see the truth of all that is here and happening for us. During a dark time in this world, let us all open our hearts to power of gratitude today and begin the daily practice of giving thanks. I am so grateful for all of you, for my talents, for my passions, my creativity, true friends, true family, my loving partner and our beautiful home. I am grateful for our Creator, for the chaos and the peace; for wounds and healing; for living and learning. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving today and everyday. #happythanksgivng #holiday #holidayseason #gratitude #grateful #gratefulheart #mindbodyspirit #healing #love

This statement is one of my greatest pet peeves. I've heard it uttered with tones of dismissive certitude intended to deflect any further invitation toward tru...e healing. Because healing isn't about "fixing" or an intervention that "worked." And natural medicine isn't about "green alternatives." It's not fish oil vs Prozac. Your symptoms, or your child's symptoms, are personal, meaningful, and are, most assuredly not, themselves, the problem. Or even, a problem, at all. Except that we have been conditioned to experience the body as a menacing, unpredictable, and uncooperative adversarial companion we have been charged with controlling. So, don't "try natural stuff." Turn toward your body and open up a curious, loving discourse. Listen to what it might be asking, because the answer is never in a supplement or an allopathic-mindedly administered remedy. It may be that your chronic pelvic pain is tissue-born trauma from years of abuse. That your cough is an incompatibility with processed cow's milk. Or that your chest pains are the grief and stress of a life devoid of joy and sensual pleasure. Your body is not only your greatest ally, but also your guru. It doesn't need half-hearted attempts at "natural remedies," offered from the consciousness of *if it's serious, it needs emergency rooms, meds, and "real" interventions*. Your body needs your love, attention, and your deep commitment to answering the questions in your life that only you can answer. @thankyoubodyrally #thankyoubodyrally #thankyoubody

Triggers aren’t bad. They sure aren’t pleasant! But they are an invitation from your higher self to examine what truly no longer serves you. It’s a visceral response in the body to alert you that something does not fit any longer. It is something that has been hidden in the shadows, keeping your out of your worth and misaligned. It happens to all of us, from societal and ancestral/familial conditioning. Deep down beneath all this conditioning is the truth of your being and y...our soul wants you to share the beautiful energetic expression that is uniquely yours with the world. When you consciously feel a trigger, it is an opportunity to move through the situation/feeling with new behavior, behavior and thoughts that are aligned with who you want to be! Who you have been working so hard to be! Who you have been visualizing, manifesting, dreaming of. At the end of the day, a trigger is a beautiful gift, as it is a chance to accelerate your growth and healing~ shift your perceptions~ release negative thoughts and feelings that subconsciously controlled you for so long and move into action towards truth, love and your true self <3

Sharing this picture of a glorious sunset I watched two nights ago on a camping trip. This water soothed me and was so restorative to swim and float around in. If I can give any advice during these crazy times, it is to unplug for a day or two and just be in nature. It will take away any stress and it is so healing for the body, mind and soul. Thank you Mother Nature.

Hello everyone! Just a quick update! As some of you know, I am no longer located on Main St. in Williamsville, and with closing our location and the covid 19 shutdown I have been unable to see clients in person for the last 3 months. I am also planning on moving out of state. I am offering distance healing to continue our healing work together. My goal is to come back to Buffalo once a month or so to teach classes and do home visits for massage therapy and/or energy work. I w...ill have a couple locations to work out of in the Williamsville/Clarence area but those details are still being ironed out as many have not reopened yet. I will keep you updated on all of the details as things are worked out. The main reason for this post is to let you know that I will need some time before I start scheduling appointments again. I appreciate your patience and I hope you are all doing well! ~Alana
