Due to Covid, the family is still working through arrangements but will post here when available. Please post any memories or comments below - we'd love to see them. We pray for the family's peace and comfort during this difficult time. See more

Attention all Residents and Campers: As you prepare your property and sites for Fall clean-up, there is a red dumpster available to you behind the Caretaker's house that can be used for METALS ONLY such as steel, aluminum, grills, griddles, refrigerators, stoves, cast iron, etc. The container is NOT FOR GARBAGE OR CONTRACTING WASTE. All scrap preoceeds will be to benefit the Pond.

Most of the birds are finally done with their molt and are getting their beautiful colors and feathers back! I also realized I favor a few of the older birds s...o that’s who I tend to photograph most, and I never really showed too many of our 2020 hatchlings This summer we added a bunch of pheasants, mostly Reeves, Silvers and Lady Amherst’s and a beautiful little Silkie chick that was hatched out by her mama! We also had four baby peachicks donated to the pond this summer! Some of the pheasants have been put into the big pens so you can see them a bit easier; but there are also some youngesters still hidden over in the back by the Silkie chickens. See more
