We are pleased to report that after an 8 year litigation in Auburn, New York we were able to settle our client's case for the sum of $3.7 million dollars. Our client was arrested for a DWI and after being incarcerated, was denied his legitimately prescribed medication to stem neurologically based tremors which due to the medication, were successfully controlled. This resulted in his going through withdrawal, experiencing seizures and a recurrence of his tremors. Due to repet...itive falls within the jail, he sustained a severe traumatic brain injury resulting in him needing 24/7 care. He will now have the financial ability to live in a high end assisted living facility where he will be able to receive high level care for the remainder of his life. With a focus in brain injury litigation, we look forward to helping all our clients going forward. See more

BRAIN INJURY ASSOCIATION OF NEW YORK LEGAL SYMPOSIUM Was proud to participate in preparing and lecturing at BIANYS first legal symposium on brain injury on June 3, 2019 in Saratoga New York. The program and my fellow speakers were top notch. Looking forward to next year's program where we hope to continue educating attorney's on how to better represent clients with brain injury
